Care 121 is seeking to expand our team of personal carers. We are seeking applications from individuals that are committed to exceptional standards of service and professionalism.

Our Services
Care 121 provides bespoke care services to meet the exact needs of each individual. We offer a range of exceptional services including Elderly Care, Companionship, Personal Care and an expert Dementia Service. We also provide home care for more complex healthcare needs including Physical Disabilities, Spinal and Brain Injury, Hospital to Home Reablement and End of Life Care.
Our home care visits start from as little as 30 minutes, and can be as long as an hour or more. For full time support, we provide a Live-in Care service ensuring you or your loved one receives exceptional round-the-clock care.
Home Care
Our personal carers are trained to assist clients with their daily needs. Assistance with washing, dressing and all aspects of personal care are provided with dignity and compassion. Conditions we support with include Elderly Care, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Epilepsy, Learning & Physical Disability, Palliative Care, Medication Administration, Companionship, Domestic Support, Pets & Gardening.
Care 121 Services Ltd is regulated by the Care Quality Commission to provide Personal Care.
Live-in Care
Our Live-in Care service provides round the clock care in the comfort of your own home. Our Live-in Carers are expertly trained in a wide range of conditions including Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Personal Care and Palliative Care to name just a few. We ensure that all of your care and support needs are taken into account with an initial care assessment in your home, and our tailored care plans will ensure you receive the very best service.
Respite and Companion Services
Being able to remain at home has a significant positive impact on an individual’s life. Having an exceptional care and support package in place can prevent the need for residential care. Our private clients use our companion services for a variety of different reasons, but all with the objective of maintaining life satisfaction. Afternoons teas, countryside outings and visits to friends and family are all part of what we do.
Care 121 are also able to provide short term and emergency respite care. We enable family members and other carers to take time out, secure in the knowledge that their loved one is safe and receiving exceptional care.
Domestic Support & Housekeeping
Private clients of Care 121 can benefit from a range of exceptional domestic support services as part of their exclusive support package. All of our personal carers are highly trained in all aspects of meal preparation, cleaning and housekeeping.
At Care 121 we consider the delivery of exceptional domestic support a vital aspect of our overall delivery of exclusive care and support. Ensuring that each private client’s home is maintained to their own satisfaction is an important aspect of guaranteeing health and happiness for the individual.
